Maître Michallon was *so* good I honestly started to doubt he was real. 5 months after applying for a titre de séjour, receiving no news of progress, I stumbled across the notion of an "implicit refusal" from the préfecture. Maître Michallon was *so* good I honestly started to doubt he was real. 5 months after applying for a titre de séjour, receiving no news of progress, I stumbled across the notion of an "implicit refusal" from the préfecture. After contacting two local lawyers and receiving no answer, I recalled seeing Maître Michallon's website, J2M, and emailed him. He replied within minutes. Within 2 days, he had submitted motions to the court to have the implicit refusal overruled, which they duly did - and I received the "attestation de décision favorable" this morning. Maître Michallon's passion to deliver the right result, knowledge of the intricacies of the legal system, fantastic communication (email last thing on a Friday? No problem), and sympathetic approach mean that I can recommend him absolutely without question. Simply brilliant. Merci beaucoup, Jacques!
